DL MECHANICAL.
DL Mechanical was looking to promote a service that it had just been approved for by the Queensland Government. This new type of service opened up all new opportunities for the business and the owners wanted to capitalise on this. Black Media worked with DL Mechanical to make the necessary changes to their brand and marketing to achieve this.

SITUATION.
Being approved to deliver a new type of service by the Government allowed DL Mechanical to look at a whole new business direction that would allow them to expand. They wanted to make the most of this and really promote their business throughout the Gold Coast and be known as a mobile road worthy provider for same day service.
PROCESS.
We created a new mobile-friendly website that integrated with their existing technology systems. We then created a social media strategy to get reach throughout the Gold Coast promoting their new service. We backed this up with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads campaigns to get clients as they were looking to purchase that type of service.
RESULTS.
DL Mechanical saw an immediate result from the paid advertising and quickly grew as a result of this new service being added. Everything Black Media created set DL Mechanical up as the professionals within the market. This built the credibility needed to stand out but has also helped get new clients in all the other services that are offered.
AUTOMATED BOOKING SYSTEM.
The main highlight of the project has been the booking system. Through the website, visitors are able to choose their preferred day and time for a booking, enter their details and then receive a confirmation via email or SMS. The system knows how long each type of service takes so it maximises time slots so there aren’t gaps between appointments and also ensures there is never an overlap of bookings. It can also manage multiple staff. Customers are able to cancel or edit their booking online and receive an SMS reminder on the day of their booking.
